At KahaniMagic we believe in the power of stories. Stories stimulate imagination, encourage creativity, help build self-esteem, but most of all, they make great listeners of your toddlers. So here’s a story that does all of the above by making your child the hero. Isn’t this the best way to get a child involved? Put her at the centre of all the action.
Our first book is a beautiful story that portrays your child as a curious but caring little adventurer who sets out to help little creatures and in the process discovers the true meaning of magic.
As a mum of a very active and curious toddler, I serve her stories for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It seems that’s the only way I can get her to eat. But I am not complaining. Stories are a great parenting tool and have been so for a very long time. When we run out of books to read, we make our own stories. Stories-on-the-fly. It proved to be a great experiment. We make stories about anything and everything. Some have moral lessons and some are plain entertainment. Gradually my daughter started throwing in her inputs. And that’s when I realized that a two year old has an imagination of the likes of J. K. Rowling(with all due respect). She invents words, says the darndest things and is usually very entertaining.
With KahaniMagic, I just want to keep this tradition alive and reach out to a broader audience. I sincerely hope our stories will be just as close to your hearts as they are to mine. By personalizing the stories, I am trying to pique the child’s curiosity and get even a non-reader interested. Now who wouldn’t like to be the hero in a book?
