Welcome to KahaniMagic where we offer personalized children’s books. Each KahaniMagic book is customized based on name and other details entered by the customer. This Site is owned and operated by S. K. Enterprise(hereinafter referred to as “We” or “Us” or “KahaniMagic”), a company registered under the provisions of the Maharashtra Shops and Establishments Act, 1948, with its registered office at Mumbai. Law and Jurisdiction:

The Indian courts will have jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our Service, or use of our Services. These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of India.

Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify, keep indemnified, defend and hold Us and Our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and each of our respective officers, directors, employees, owners, agents, contractors, partners, information providers and licensors harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liability, demands, losses, costs and expenses (including legal fees) (whether or not foreseeable or avoidable) incurred or suffered by any of such parties and any claims or legal proceedings which are brought or threatened arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, the Site Content or the services provided through the Site, your conduct in connection with the Site or services provided or with other users of the Site, any purchases, transactions, dealings or arrangements with any third party via the Site or on a third party site, or any violation of these General Terms of Use or of any law or the rights of any third party.

Product Preview and Ordering:

KahaniMagic lets You preview your product before placing your Order. The product preview is a mere representation of the final product. While we try and create the preview as close as possible to the finished product, it may vary in color and layout when it finally gets printed.

We reserve the right to reject any Order without the obligation to assign any reason for so doing. No Order shall be deemed accepted by Us until we have confirmed it unconditionally in the Order Confirmation. Please ensure that You have given Us the correct email address as this is how we will communicate with You about your Order. Should You make a mistake during the Ordering process You must notify Us within the next 24 hours. You are responsible for ensuring that all details which You provide to Us for the purposes of your Order and its delivery are correct.

We may revise, discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice to You. We shall have no liability of any kind if any product is not available.

Payments:

Prices are liable to change at any time, but You will be able to confirm the product pricing on the confirmation screen of your Order process before You checkout your cart. Incase of change of price between your Order and our acceptance of your Order, We reserve the right to reject your Order and notify You of such rejection so that You can then re-Order at the correct price if You wish.

Payment must be made through our payment gateway providers at the time of placing your Order which is accepted by Us. Payment in full will be taken at this time and the Contract will be in force. You will be required to submit your payment details to the relevant third party payment gateway provider and You may also be required to accept additional terms and conditions in relation to the use of that service. We cannot accept, and hereby exclude to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any liability arising out of or in connection with your use of such third party payment provider.

You undertake that all of the details which You provide to Us for the purposes of your Order and its delivery will be correct and that the chosen method of payment is your property and that sufficient funds or credit facilities are available to cover the full cost of the Order.

Shipping:

After your Order is accepted by Us, your product will be shipped within 5-7 working days. Standard shipping within India is free with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 working days. Please note that production times may vary and any time quoted for the delivery of goods are indicative only. If the above delivery timeline does not meet your requirement, please email Us at [email protected] we will try and expedite your Order. While we endeavour to get your products shipped on time, we will not be liable for any loss or expenses which You may sustain as a result of any delay in the delivery of your Order.

Unfortunately, at this moment we are not doing international deliveries. Please check back at a later date for international deliveries.

Cancellations and returns:

You may cancel your Order within 24 hours of placing the Order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any cancellations after 24 hours of receiving the Order as the process of personalizing your product will have started. Please email Us at [email protected] for cancellations.

We will be happy to exchange your product if it is damaged or defective within 7 calendar days of receipt. Please email Us at [email protected] for a return authorization. No exchanges will be accepted without a return authorization.
